Currently completing a full rennovation on a property when I came upon some very smelly floorboards. At first thought it was human urine, but later discovered that cats had been having a party in the property by themselves ! The cat urine had soaked through to the timber joists and plasterboard below...so full strip out/replacement of joists required....what fun.
